Your Unique Ability is usually three or four activities that are very integrated with each other. They tend to be things that come naturally to you, they give you enormous amounts of energy, and you want to expand your ability out into other areas of your life.
Most companies don’t have Unique Selling Propositions, they have Universal Selling Propositions.
The companies that dominate their markets are the ones that have identified their Unique Ability.
It starts with the entrepreneur and then the Unique Ability filters down into the systems, processes, and teams that make up the business.
It’s hard for a corporation to switch from the Unique Ability of its founder to another leader’s.
If you have a Unique Ability and you know you are producing something great, you tend to live a long time to enjoy that.
You can’t be the only Unique Person, being surrounded by people who are also living their uniqueness strengthens your own ability.
You have a heightened emotional state when you are operating within your Unique Ability.
Nurturing your Unique Ability protects your confidence and capability to make decisions.
Every time you step back and analyze your thinking, you improve your ability.
Emotions are a form of automatic thinking and most of those shortcuts are developed by the time you were 7.
The activities you enjoyed doing when you were seven years old are the key to understanding your Unique Ability.
A common occurrence is that once you start operating in your Unique Ability, you will begin remembering your childhood.
Start journaling every day and look at the key things that your letters have told you. Write down where you have observed them and that will strengthen your ability.
The worst parts of your life can become the ingredients that you can use to create an excellent future.
Finding your Unique Ability will be a lifesaver if you are currently in a negative situation.
