When you come to Genius Network, or you go through a program or read a book by Joe Polish, you get A LOT of ideas. In fact, when you attend any seminar, event, program, webinar, you probably get a lot of ideas. So, when you get a lot of ideas, what do you DO with them? Do you write the ideas down? Do you bring them back to your team to discuss them, review them and tweak them? Or, do you forget to do anything with the ideas and fail to implement?
As you know, without implementation, nothing great happens with a great idea. If you were to look up the definition of “implementation” in the dictionary, you may find a picture of Doug Andrew! Doug is the poster-child of implementation. Doug is also a New York Times AND Wall Street Journal bestselling author, and has extensive experience in economics, accounting, tax planning, financial and estate planning, wealth management and real estate.
Doug is also a sought after speaker and has his own radio show. Doug Andrew is going to walk you through how to best implement your ideas and start getting bigger, better, faster results…

Here’s a glance at what you’ll learn from Doug in this episode:
Write out the ten principals listed by Doug down the left side of a piece of paper. On a scale of 1-10, rate yourself on how you are implementing that principal today. After that, next to your present-day score, write a score of where you want to be on that scale. Total the scores and write out how you’re going to bridge the gap from how you currently implement to how you want to implement.
