It would be fascinating to be alive at the first year of the century and the first year of the next century.
When Dan decided that he was going to live to see the year 2100, he began to feel that he was actually gaining time instead of running out.
He also began to worry less about the future and focus more on the present.
The Lifetime Extender is one of the concepts within Strategic Coach that has had the most impact on Dan’s clients.
The eyes only see and the ears only hear what you are looking for. When Dan set his goal of living to 156, he began to notice the technology around living longer and being healthy.
The vast majority of doctors have no clue what causes or cures physical pain.
Write the age where you think you are going to die, everyone has a number but almost no one asks themselves the question.
Every thought we have in our brain is time geared, when you change the time frame you are operating in, you change the way you think.
There are three reasons people die: no friends, no purpose, and no money.
Your close friendships are peer relationships. With each friend you lose, you lose some of the motivation to keep living.
If you are going to compete with your peers, wait until they are in their 70’s, they are easy to take down.
You can’t predict how you will respond to when someone you love dies. Thousands of little daily habits end and then they become nerve endings.
There are two areas of life: things that work and things that don’t work. So much of the progress we make in life comes from taking negative experiences and turning them into positive ones.
How we live life is all a trick. Your picture of the future can be bigger and better or it can be worse, you get to decide.
We create our future reality inside ourselves.
If you don’t have money, you will have to depend on people you don’t want to be around.
Entrepreneurs don’t have to retire. If you’ve been planning on retirement, you are getting worse at what you do. Your skills expand in response to an expansive future.
People get trapped in the past, but it’s possible to get trapped in the future as well. A possibility in the future is more important to these people than the reality in the present, very seldom do any of their projects work out because they are not living in the present.
Always make your future bigger than your past.
When you are stressed, you tend to react to life instead of responding.
You can have an ELF business and an ELF life.
You are a million dollar racehorse, and you can’t win the race by sleep depriving yourself or eating low quality food.
People who say money can’t buy happiness are idiots, you can buy happiness with money but you can also buy misery.
Pick a number you really like and work backwards from there to plan your life.
